our Hyde kept dropping/tripping over his cane

one time he almost sprained his ankle :( he was fine when it was over but he made a vow to burn the stick when our director wasn't looking :D

Jekyll's mic stopped working after the opening number. He ended up having to belt to be heard. You could hear the strain by the end of the show.

In my production we lost our Stride with three weeks to go. The guy we found to replace him was much better.

During tech week our Lady B broke her leg in three places so the director had to go on in her place.

I played Emma and on opening night during "Once Upon a Dream" I accidentally sang the second line in the bridge first, so I had to repeat it. Most people (including the cast) didn't even know I screwed up! The next day I almost passed out back stage because my "day wear" costume was really heavy and hot and I had been having trouble eating. That was fun...

In the production I was in, the director copied the set from the Broadway version down to the moving platforms. We had three people fall in the hole between the platforms during the show. The funniest was a guy in Spider's reprise of Facade. He was looking front and walking to stage left and just disappeared, only to be seep trying to crawl out before the platforms got moved back together.

FYI no one got hurt.

Other than that, all the other mishaps happened during dress rehearsal, including me getting a concussion in the middle of Bring On The Men. Good times. . . .

I didn't perform the whole show, but I performed Facade for a theatre class and had a lovely little mishap. We based most of what went on off of character development, with some rich people and some poor, and each had a distinct personality. One of my friends was playing a drunk bum (and was pretty hilarious), and I was playing a rich person with another friend playing my fiance (we were supposedly Lisa and Jekyll, not that it really mattered). So toward the end of the song we were instructed to just interact with each other in whatever way we could think of. So we came up with the idea of the drunk bum coming up and grabbing me away from Jekyll, and then Jekyll valiantly "saving me." So we worked that out, and then when we performed it, he ended up coming from the other direction and whipping me around and *smack* my nose had a collision with another guy's leg. My nose was throbbing for most of the day after that. It was kinda funny tho :P
