 Character of Audrey
I've noticed that almost every production plays Audrey the same way: Blonde, thin, and with that cute little voice. Now, I'm not knocking this portrayal, but I was wondering if anyone has ever seen a production where they veered away from the usual Audrey type? (And if there are youtube videos, that would be extremely helpful.)

Our Audrey had long black hair...
But apart from that she was pretty much typical. Stunningly pretty, very slim, lispy voice etc.
I've never really seen Audrey played any other way, although I have seen her played by someone very small and not particularly slim. She always tends to have the 'cute little voice' as you descibed it, as that is pretty much the definitive characterisation of her.

Agreed.
I kinda think that any departure from her usual physical portrayal would occur in a revival with a revamped production style. Sort of like how the Emcee in the 1998 revival in Cabaret went from marionette-like Joel Grey to the more overtly sexual S&M Alan Cumming. I'd be interested to see how Audrey would be reimagined.

I recently played Audrey in a production of Little Shop and have a somewhat heavy-set frame, so I guess thats a somewhat departure from the usual casting.

 Re: Character of Audrey
I've always seen Audrey as a blonde (quite frequently wigged), pretty, and the squeaky voice. She's so funny! Love her!

 Re: Character of Audrey
When I did Little Shop our Audrey was doubled cast. One was thin, blonde, the typical Audrey and the other was Latina, curvy, and had dark almost black hair. We didn't wig her. I honestly don't think it matters that much.
