I assume it is overdone, but I'll ask anyway, "How the Glory Goes" from Floyd Collins?

I've never even heard of it, so my guess would be that it isn't overdone. One thing's for certain, though...it's no Memory or On My Own! lol

FWIW, JIJane lists it in her book. Can't get a better recommendation than that.

...what does "FWIW" mean?

I'm considering buying her book. Would it actually help while I'm just an American high schooler, not exactly trying to "break into the business" yet?

I think that it would be useful for anyone who is even thinking about going into acting. Some of it deals with the British education system, and so probably wouldn't help. I am too old to try to "break into the business", so very little of it applied to me, but it was still an interesting read. And the pages and pages of rep lists in the back are worth the price of admission all by themselves. GET IT!!!!

What about "Betrayed" from The Producers? I'm a girl auditioning for Pseudolus and thought the reenactment of the show part of the song would be perfect plus show my LOW LOW range.

I'm gonna assume yes, but does anyone have any ruling on the ocean monologue from "Ah, Wilderness!"?

Who will love me as I am?
It is originally a duet, but can easily be a solo.
I don't hear about Side Show too much, but I'm guessing it's overdone.
