The REAL question here is: "What does Aunt Eller think of silk?" Shouldn't we be asking ourselves about her personal relationship with silk? I mean, has she always wanted something that was made of silk? What does silk represent in Eller's mind? Is she yearning for her own romantic, youthful past, and does she hope that her own past relives itself through Laurie and Curly?
