Hi there - wow, it's been a while. I used to prowl these forums almost 10 years ago and it has sure come a long way. Glad to see the CATS community is still going strong.

So. I was digging through boxes in my basement when I came across a whole box filled with my CATS collection. I remember spending quite a lot of money on this stuff back in the day, and to tell you the truth I have no idea what it'd be worth now or if there is still an interest in collecting this stuff. What I basically have is a big stack of souvenir brochures from various productions - Germany, Japan, Canada, USA, UK, and Australia.

I've just put a souvenir brochure from the 1999 Nagoya, Japan production up on eBay.

I guess this is just a test to see if it sells or not... because I have loads more and I'm not going to spend the time putting them all up if there isn't any interest. I've been out of the loop for so long that the rare brochures I have might not even be so rare anymore! If anyone wants a full list of what I've got, I'll gladly oblige. I'm just hoping I can send these brochures off to good homes where people can enjoy them instead of sitting in a box collecting dust.

Toured Australia and NZ, very successful, due to cheap tickets and every seat good. Did one round and then appears to have been shipped to South Africa, and consequently became the World Tour.

Wow! I want it all! I'm not too rich at the moment, but I think it might be worth investing in some of these... Would combining postage make it cheaper than the ebay prices for shipping?

I would love the 85 and 89 Australian ones, but I have no money. At all.

I sould point out that the Perth one is 2000, not 1999.

Could you show us a few more images to help identify the german brochures? Specifically the ones you're not sure of the year? See, I can't tell whether I have a couple of those already, and I don't want to accidentally wind up with a second copy...



Or if anyone else recognises the photos and can tell me what year/s they're from...?

The order is a bit messed up but I labeled each image with the corresponding year it is. However, for the two that I'm not sure on the year I labeled #1 and #2.

These two brochures are very similar except the production/cast photos are different. Also #1 has the drawings of each characters, #2 doesn't. Hope this helps.
