Saw the dvd today. It still has silly and shallows parts and lacks wi, but it's better than the recording. Much of the music is great.

I went to the theater to see this. I liked it more than I thought I would. I think they are doing a package deal of this DVD along with the 25th anniversary presentation done at Prince Albert Hall. I think I'll ask for it for Father's Day.

Having seen the Original London Production before they began revising it, I must say that I am embarrassed while watching the revised Melbourne version. This has to be one of the worst shows I have ever seen. It was okay originally (except for the dreadful scenic design). The new version is crap.

aka 'Paint Never Dries'... No, I haven't seen it in its entirety. Was subjected to the pre-launch publicity, winced at the storyline, and avoided thereafter.
