 What would happen to Norma? So, she's killed Gillis, she's totally nuts, she's on her way out of the house when the credits roll.
What would happen to her after that? Trial? Jailtime? Mental institution? Death penalty?
Any ideas?

i've always wondered that!
i guess she would go to gaol, (but then Max would try to break her out of it - he belongs in a mental institution himself by the end - and who knows where that would lead) or if Chicago is to be believed, she would indeed end up back on top of the movie industry.
this movie and musical definitely calls for a sequel!

I don't think much would have happened to her. I think Max would have taken the blame, so that she would get attention, thus being wanted for the spotlight again. But who knows?
