 Where do you find these auditions?! Hi there everyone!
I've been reading all your posts about the sound of music and all your auditions, and quite frankly i'm jealous!! It's been my dream to be in the sound of music since nearly forever, and it's almost too late to be one of the kids. I'm 15 and 5'3", so could still probably get away with playing louisa, but I can't find any auditions anywhere! i suppose the main problem is that i live in the UK where productions of TSoM are less common than in the US. But anyway, does anyone know how i can be in it at all?
I've found auditions for the London west end 'revival', but the problem is the max height for Louisa is 5'0" so i need to lose 3 inches! Any ideas of how to shrink?! Or maybe get past the measuring stick? I want this so badly and time's running out!
I'd really appreciate any advice.
