 The new cast with Sutton Foster Is the new Broadway cast starring Sutton Foster going to release an album for their production? If so, when will it come out?

Re: The new cast with Sutton Foster I'm sure they will, but - as far as I know - information for it has not yet been released. Playbill keeps their cast recording list pretty up-to-date as information is released, so that's a good place to check for this sort of question.

The release date makes me think it's the current revival cast, but nothing has been announced about a cast recording that I can find, and the description talks of a different cast. Anyone know what the deal is?

Re: The new cast with Sutton Foster It's probably an economy re-release of the LuPone revival. In any case, the show hasn't been recorded yet and that release date is too soon to be the new revival.

Re: The new cast with Sutton Foster I knew the show hadn't been recorded, as I'm kind of a Sutton Foster addict and so I'd have known if it had been. That's what made me tilt my head sideways and go "Whaa???" when that popped up in my recommendations. Regardless, I will own the Sutton Foster recording the day it is released.
