ALW saying about the sequel:
'If you haven't seen the original, you wouldn't have any problems'.
Haha, I think he forgot about those who HAVE.

Yeah, I think most of the people who would bother to go see LND would be either die-hards or MAYBE totally unaware of PotO. Although, I would almost watch it just to see how badly it may mess up the storyline or anything from Phantom.

In the book, this is true. Sort of. They just aren't...um.... functional.
That's one of the first things we learn from Mme. Giry.

 Re:
Oh dear! hahaha PhantomReviewer on youtube did a review of the Argento version that is rather enjoyable; I found it was some small consolation for suffering through the film--that, and counseling.

Re: Sillest things you have heard about Phantom
My friend thought the lyrics were "the Phantom of the Opera has arrived inside your mind." Oh, and she's obsessed with the movie version.
I had to link her to several different videos of the title song just to prove that she was totally hearing it wrong.

Do "Seriously, can't take it" and "Shoot me!" count? If they're tweeted by someone in the show? http://wanderingchild.tumblr.com/post/2 ... exhibiting

Re: Sillest things you have heard about Phantom
"Phantom of the Opera sucks! It's such a terrible opera!" Two things in that make me cringe--the fact that they call it terrible and the fact that they think it is an opera
