Handshakes?
I've been assigned to do Dramaturgy for a production of J&H and one crucial thing is eluding me: How did men in the 19th century perform handshakes? Any information would be helpful.

Bump; I need some sort of response by Thursday. That's when the Dramaturgy is due.

Re: Handshakes?
This link mainly deals with handshakes between males and females in 19th century literature, but it may be a cue for when to use it in the show. It wasn't just for greeting or agreement, as you'll see by clicking here.
