I'm going to be playing myself....
He, he! Our director is going to have us use our own names for the show. So, basically my part is "The Bless the Lord and All Good Gifts Soliost!" Yay, he, he!

I only get to vote once?
I've directed the show and played John/Judas.

Mizzie -- I have to laugh -- since we've had the conversation about playing ourselves in the production (which we do) -- AND you sing the two songs I sang in our last show (back to just Bless the Lord" in the next show)
AND -- my name is Michelle too

I was one of the guys in 1977 (the director divided up the lines differently than as written) and I played Jesus in 1979. I have directed the show 6 times and I will be directing my first Godspell JR in March 2006.

I was Joanne... we used our own names, though... even so, I would have essentially been playing myself anyway!

I'm playing myself. The director decided to split up the parables and lines (besides Jesus' and Judas' lines) between the cast of 13 people. So, I've got some lines and parables and I'm singing Peggy's part in By My Side!!
