 Che reviews
COLM WILKINSON
- I think he really made the part what it is today. His rough rock-singing fits the nature of the street man perfectly and I can hear alot of him in Antonia Banderas. Very underrated performance by Colm.
DAVID ESSEX
- Although slightly flegmatic, I believe Essex has the perfect look and voice for the part. The man is an amazing rock-tenor.
MANDY PATINKIN
- I think Patinkin was slightly misscast as Che, his sounds more like one of the aristocrats than a rough street-man. His performance always seems to concentrate more on making bad accent impersonations or producing pretty sounds than actually potraying a chracter (something that Patinkin sadly does in almost all of his roles, as talented as he is). Anyway, his performance is nice change from aother Che's and I can enjoy it.
ANTONIO BANDERAS
- I think he was very good choice for the role, while most of the skeys were lowered for him. I also like the idea of being just a common man rather than Che Guevara
MATT RAWLE
- the latest addition. He sounds pretty nasal throughout, but his voice clear and strong. I like his acting. I'm glad they didn't stay with the Che Guevara approach.
