Post Don't Go
I just saw the show last night.. at a local theatre, and i fell in love with it.
One song that stuck out.. that I can't seem to find anywhere on lyrics/songlist websites It's Cliff telling sally not to leave. I think it's called 'Don't Go' or something along those lines. Is it only in some version? am I getting the title wrong? ..Does it not exist?
I'm just confused.

I absolutely love, and am entranced by the show, though.

It was cut from the 1998 revival and it was about Cliff not wanting Sally to leave after she found out she was pregnant.

Not that I know of, but you can find the sheet music in the Cabaret sheet music book. (I forgot its name.)

The only recording of Don't Go that I know of is the 1999 Studio Cast (First Complete Recording) featuring Judi Dench, Maria Friedman, Jonathan Pryce and Gregg Edelman onthe TER/JAY Masterworks label.

It features all the songs from the original production, the movie version and the 1987 Broadway revival (the production that used "Don't Go" instead of Why Should I Wake Up?)

It features Dame Judi Dench (the original London Sally in 1968) as Fraulein Schneider.

The double cd is available at Amazon
