Chess---Theater in the Round
Back in 1991 I saw Chess at Casa Manana in Fort Worth, Texas USA with my wife and teenage daughter. The theater is closed now but it was dome-shaped. Therefore, theater in the round. It was a great staging for the musical. We fell in love with the music and story. I bought the 1984 RCA double CD done with the London Symphony Orchestra and the vocalizations of Elaine Page. It is one of my favorite CDs. I found the following that mentions the musical being at Casa Manana in Fort Worth---

I just found this forum and noticed that I have missed some performances of the show. I would love to see it again, even if it were a lesser production. I wouldn't care which version or incarnation it might be. I would even go to England to see it. It would make a good excuse to see the Mother Country.
