 Minimum Cast?
Most of us on this board would know that it is possible to stage Bye Bye Birdie with a very large cast. Does anyone have the details on what is the smallest number of performers required to make this show work professionally?

GACK, well, our local theater did it with about 50 people, but we had A LOT o people... you could probably get by with about 20 - 25.
